I’m so excited!!

Today I got to be a guest designer on the Oozak Challenge Blog!!!  My card was featured on the Anything Goes- Your Favorite Colors Challenge for Mixed Media.  This is such a thrill for me and I can’t thank the great Oozak team enough for allowing me this great opportunity to showcase my work.  Thank You Oozak!!!

Back to Scrappin’

The other day I decided to switch gears from card making and scrapbook a page of my daughter.  I started with a die-cut gate accent, added touches of glitter and flowers and this is what I came up with.  I decided to enter it in the Sparkles Monthly Challenge for die cuts and flowers and the Simon Says Stamp Have a Heart Challenge.

This is the card I’ve decided to enter into the Some Odd Girl Blog contest for this week.  It was based off of their sketch that I absolutely loved!  I used copic markers to color the adorable princess stamp and her cute little frog.  Both stamps are from Some Odd Girl.IMG_20130201_082931

Continuing the Valentine’s Day Theme…for Horse Lovers Out There

Tracy and I are still continuing on the Valentine’s Day love theme ……her daughter and my daughter LOVE horses.  This was the inspiration for the card.  Tracy did a magnificent job at coloring and glitter accenting the adorable horse and colt stamp image from Northwoods stamps.   Tracy was able to find a thin layer of real cherry wood for an image base and even used burlap accent trim and flower for that rustic look.
